These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bankilx’s website, mobile applications, wallet, card, and payment services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.
1. About Bankilx
Bankilx is a digital wallet and financial platform that enables users to:
Store and manage funds,
Send and receive money,
Use digital and physical cards,
Purchase gift cards and mobile recharges, and
Make donations to verified NGOs.
Bankilx LLC operates in partnership with licensed financial institutions and payment processors to deliver these services securely and compliantly.
2. Eligibility
To use Bankilx:
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must provide accurate, current, and verifiable information during registration.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) rules.
We may refuse or suspend access if you provide false information or use the service unlawfully.
3. Account Registration & Verification
When you create a Bankilx account, you agree to:
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.
Complete identity verification (ID upload, selfie, or address proof) if requested.
We reserve the right to freeze or close accounts if verification fails or suspicious activity is detected.
4. Use of Services
You agree to use Bankilx only for lawful purposes, including:
Sending or receiving payments,
Purchasing digital goods (gift cards, recharges),
Managing wallet balance and issued cards, and
Making charitable donations through authorized partners.
You may not use Bankilx for:
Fraudulent or deceptive activity,
Money laundering or terrorist financing,
Cryptocurrency transactions,
Adult content, gambling, or illegal goods/services.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.
5. Wallet & Stored Value
Funds stored in your Bankilx wallet are held in safeguarded accounts with licensed partners.
You can add funds via supported payment methods and use them for transactions within the platform.
Wallet balances are not interest-bearing.
We may impose daily or monthly limits on top-ups, withdrawals, and transfers for security and compliance reasons.
6. Virtual & Physical Cards
Bankilx may offer virtual and physical payment cards in partnership with regulated card issuers.
By activating or using a Bankilx Card, you also agree to the applicable Cardholder Agreement provided by the issuer.
You must:
Keep your card details secure.
Report lost or stolen cards immediately.
Avoid sharing your card for third-party use.
Unauthorized or fraudulent card use may lead to account suspension.
7. Digital Gift Cards & Recharges
All digital products (gift cards, phone recharges, etc.) are final once delivered.
Bankilx is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect phone numbers, recipient details, or merchant policies.
Refunds are available only for failed or undelivered transactions verified by our system.
8. Donations to NGOs
Bankilx partners with verified charitable organizations to facilitate donations.
All donations are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Bankilx does not take a commission on donation transfers unless explicitly stated.
9. Fees & Charges
Fees may apply for certain transactions (e.g., card issuance, currency conversion, recharges).
Fee details are displayed before confirming each transaction.
We may update fees periodically; continued use after updates implies acceptance.
10. Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are issued only for:
Duplicate payments,
Failed transactions, or
Verified merchant/service errors.
To request a refund or open a dispute, contact support@bankilx.com within 7 days of the transaction.
11. Compliance & Monitoring
Bankilx complies with U.S. and international AML/CFT regulations.
We may monitor transactions for suspicious activity and report as required by law.
We may freeze or close accounts suspected of illegal or unauthorized use.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You breach these Terms,
You engage in prohibited activity, or
Required by a regulator or financial partner.
You may close your account anytime by contacting support@bankilx.com
Outstanding balances (if any) will be returned in accordance with our policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Bankilx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for third-party merchant errors, telecom operator issues, or network failures.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the previous 3 months.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bankilx, its partners, and employees from any claims or losses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
15. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, and designs on Bankilx are owned by or licensed to Moneilx LLC.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written consent.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (and the State of incorporation of Moneilx LLC), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court where applicable.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available at https://bankilx.com/terms.
By continuing to use our Services after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
